do not use F as a grade. It sounds very negative. Perhaps replace it with an "I" (inconsistent) or "N" (needs more support/practice)

Full screen on mac app
It would ve good to have a full screen option on the mac app. We are using it on our smartboards and it would look much better if there would be a window resize option as well as full screen option.

pause "study time" when app is inactive
Study time reports longer usage because the application is not quit before my little one runs off to something more exciting. When she returns to play for only 5 minutes every 30 minutes, it incorrectly reports she has played hours at the end of the day.

Make the ALL features EASY to access!! ie. books and new games...
I pay for my subscription and downloaded the books and new features...but can't ever access them! They don't show up ever. When it says, "pick a game"the books aren't there nor are any of the other new games I downloaded. Shouldn't be so difficult. Waaaaaah! :(

[BUG] Bubble automatically contains right number of fish
When a child puts too many fish in a bubble and then slashes it to cut it into two bubbles one of the bubbles automatically contains the right number if fish. My child uses this method to solve the puzzle for the higher numbers rather than correctly identifying the bubbles to add. Please can this be fixed so that when you slash a bubble it reverts to the two parts which were used to create it.
Thanks.

Pay a little more attention to non-apple users.
The only compatible device I own is a kindle and refuse to ever buy apple products. My son is still somewhat enjoying this program after completing several of the skill sets available, but I am really looking forward to him enjoying the wide variety of games and options already available to apple users. Is there any firm timeline for this?

More languages available
As other parents and professionals, I believe it would be great to offer the program in other languages like spanish.

Subscription Pause Button
A subscription Pause Button so during summer months or months of anticipated inactivity parents can pause subscriptions and not loose money or academic support.

No books for us please
Please provide an option to turn OFF the books. They are actually videos, not books and I can use many other apps to get this type of content. I subscribe to agnitus because it is INTERACTIVE. These new books are not interactive. Very disappointing to see your effort go into these instead of new interactive modules.
I want to be able to control access to the books with the teacher controls like everything else. Please fix!
Thank you.

Agnitus Global Grading System
We just introduced our new global grading system and would love to hear your feedback.
What are grades and how are they calculated?
Our new percentile based grading system is just one more way that Agnitus is helping you to be a part of your children’s adventure in learning! In addition to our detailed Skill Reports, which continue to show you your children's accuracy with each kind of activity, Agnitus’s grades now give feedback about how each child’s performance compares to others.
As your children play, the accuracy and speed of their performance is compared to children of the same…

I think the global grading system is a BAD idea!
The global grading system is just WRONG at so many levels!
Some parents may feel compelled to push the child to 'perform' rather than learn at their own pace and enjoy the process of learning.
Once the child senses this pressure, its going to be counter productive. My child would just stop playing it - and I would HATE to feel the twinge of disappointment when I get a report rather than assessing progress.
It completely ignores how a child plays with an App. There are times when they are in the mood to just randomly click around. Or sometimes…
