How to unsubscribe from the weekly email reports?

In order to unsubscribe from our weekly reports and campaigns, please click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of your weekly email reports or the received campaign emails.

You can also unsubscribe from the mailing list by following steps below:

1. Tap and hold Agnitus home button (top right corner) for 3 seconds and you will be redirected to the Parent Dashboard.

2. On the Parents Dashboard, go to “Settings”.

3. Under “Parent's Account Settings” section:
If you are logged in with your account credentials then you will see "Subscribe to Weekly Emails" as enabled. Please turn it to "Off" or "No".
