The " F" that you so strongly disagree with is your stigma not your childs. Your child just wants to play.
Get over it, it is just a general guideline -

I disagree. Grades are how children are judged in school, and they should be prepared for that. It is not as though an F on an activity in this app will brand them for life.

i agree! this is terrible. i don't like having my 2 yo graded. many schools are eliminating grades until middle school and you're introducing it for pre-pre-schoolers?
these are emerging skills for a child that we're developing and building on. every child learns at a different pace, especially at this age.
it's much better to have a "needs practice", i agree. or percentages as you had before - as in "percentage complete or accomplished".
and seeing C, D, F on a grade report doesn't help anyone and isn't indicative of anything useful for our children or to a parent.
