Can I upgrade or downgrade my current subscription plan?
If you are subscribed via the Web Portal, please follow the steps below:
1. Login on the Web Portal.
2. Go to "Upgrade Plan" page.
3. Select the desired plan and click "Upgrade".
If you are subscribed via iTunes, please follow the steps below:
1. Cancel your subscription first, by visiting iTunes Subscription Manager.
2. Once you cancel your subscription and our current plan expires, then you can easily re-subscribe to any plan of your choice.
