What Happened? After a month, subscribing, it went from being great to opening, saying "agnitus", to unable to even open anymore! My daughter had 2 accts, 1 w/ 300+ stars! Now for a month we can't get it to open? Update needed? I can't find anything to fix it!

Is the app getting stuck at white screen? If yes then the app usually gets stuck at starting white screen if your ipad/iphone has its wireless or data service on but its not able to get the internet connection due to slow speed or connection is down. You can do either of the two steps to solve the issue.

1) Make sure that the internet is working on ipad/iphone
or
2) Disable the wireless or network on ipad/iphone. You can use the airplane mode.

After this restart the app and it will start normally.
