make an option/setting for kids with poor fine motor skills
A few of the games are difficult for the younger children or special education students (who otherwise benefit a lot from the program!), not because of the content, but because of the precise movements required. Some of the ones I find especially difficult for my students are the slingshot game and some of the size/space activities. The one that requires you to fill the object with the shapes is a good activity, but you are penalized each time you move your finger. Same thing with the one where you build a tower to a shape - great activity, but students…

make "Professions" more than a dress up game
Am I missing something or do you just dress the character up however you want? If there is no "right" or "wrong" or target, how is it teaching anything about professions? It's also difficult to figure out how to find the clothes, instead of the items. It stumped me and my student.

Child switch pin
It would be nice if you could put the option to require a pin number or password to switch between children, because one of our kids likes to switch to the other kids accounts and play the easier games sometimes. Thank you again for your awesome app

Language packs
hello,
I am a father from Hungary and I find your game/learning tool extremely useful and brilliant but as the mother tongue of my child is not English and although we are learning English but it is not our native language he does not always understands what he has to do therefore his answers are wrong sometimes.
I would suggest different language packs and for us especially Hungarian would be extremely useful, I would even pay for it extra.
Thanks for your software, simply brilliant!
Kindest regards

Make it easier for people to change or upgrade plans, for those who subscribe via iTunes.
I received an offer via email to upgrade our account to one time payment of $49.99 and I was ready to make a payment for the upgrade. But since we subscribe via iTunes, I have to cancel our subscription first and wait for it to expire before I can upgrade our account. This was a Christmas Eve Special Offer, which I am not sure if it will be available when our subscription expires. Ugh!

Send Canadians promotional emails in Canadian fund and accept canadian dollars
I hate that I receive special offers in US dollars. My first subscription purchased through the App Store charged $6.99 CND... If I renew this exact same plan through the App Store, I'll be charged Canadian. If I want to upgrade my plan or take advantage of the promotional offer for a lifetime plan, I have to purchase from the website in USD. Even worse - I can't use my iTunes gift cards. If I don't renew my subscription through iTunes, all other plans have to be purchased through the website. This payment system is ridiculous and I refuse to…

Deaf and hearing impaired can't hear what this app is saying. Subtitles would be nice.

Different phrase instead of "try again"
There should be an option for parents/teachers to choose for their kids. Instead of saying "try again" when the child clicks the wrong the thing they should say "listen closely" and repeat what the child is supposed to do. I'm sure other kids do the same thing as mine and that is just randomly click things when they don't care at the moment about doing Agnitus. Just a thought. Thank you.

Baseline assessment
It would be really helpful if the program had a baseline assessment that would place children at appropriate levels and assign them relevant tasks and skills to work on.

Timeout
There should be a timeout time for any inactivity. Like if the child is not playing or not touching the screen for 5-10 mins, scores and times should not be computed.

Take out grades and word "FAIL", demeaning and discouraging
Take out the word "FAIL" in your assessments. I've said this a number of times - I don't want to see grades for my preschooler. It's demeaning language. I'd rather see "not passed", "in progress" or something else like this. In your report, it says that my 1 year old has FAILED reading which is preposterous.

Increase amount of time for individual games for kids who need more time to count instead of ending midway through.
Slow down the time for games to be completed. My son gets frustrated when he is counting and the game decides time is up. He is three and still counts each item so when time is up (like on the lillypad pond game and arrange higher to lower/lower to higher game) he gets upset that he didn't finish counting.

Lock application when use
I'm not sure if this feature is already enabled but I would to lock the application when in use. This will prevent my baby not to be diverted with other application.

Encourage Children to play a variety of games
My kids too often choose videos or highly preferred games and activities they have already mastered. the game options should rotate and should encourage the child to branch out and play games they have not tried or games they are struggling with. otherwise they will keep getting better at what they know and not grow with what they don't know
