Can you please share some feedback to help us improve our app.
I am so disappointed with this app. My son has had this app since he was an infant and we have watched him accomplished so many amazing tasks on this app. He would ask to play "Icky" daily. I have recommended this app to my students' parents because of the high quality educational games and because it was free. It was like no other app! The possibilities were endless and the way his progress was charted was appealing to my "teacher side" of being a Mom. Now you want me to pay almost $150 a year for my son to use this app for years to come!? Are you crazy or just prideful? Am I the only personal who thinks this is ridiculous? I don't care if i can track his progress online instead of inside the app itself and i don't need to be able to sync from device to device. Bring back ALL his games for free!! Offer educators the availability to sync and track online but please allow my child to enjoy Icky again like we always have. I have to explain why Icky doesn't really work anymore like he always has and he has already lost interest in your app. I'm sure other children and parents will feel the same. A monthly subscriptions is not a fair alternative. If we must pay then why can't a reasonable one time purchase be an option? Not all of your audience are educators they are parents who have enough expenses and have enjoyed Icky for free for a long time. If my child uses this app for 5 years thats $750! I wouldn't pay over $20 for this app just because we've always had it for free! An even better option for myself would be the option to pay for the other games one or two at a time for a low cost of a couple of dollars that way when my child is ready for an advanced game I can purchase them a few at a time and not have a monthly bill or worry about a ridiculous monthly subscription expiring.

We understand your concerns about pricing. It is a necessary step we have taken in order for us to continue building high quality educational apps for your kids.
With a monthly subscription, the child has access to the full Agnitus program, advancing through the curriculum at their own pace and skill level.
Please let us know what you would consider a fair monthly price? We would appreciate your feedback.
While my mother was recently watching my 3 yo daughter play icky bath time, she noticed (how only a mother could) that the faucets are reversed from standardized plumbing. Although I'm sure the risk is small, why not take the oppurtunity to teach young children that hot is on the left, and possibly keep someone from getting burned.
Anyhow, great app. My daughter loves it and I do too!

We dont yet support French language but if we get enough requests for it we will consider implementing it sooner.

Currently we are working on a spanish version but we are also reviewing other languages too.
Sorry for the inconvenience. There is definitely sound in our iPad app but unfortunately this is something which is reported alot and it is due to some bug in Apple software.
One possible remedy which is shared alot on the internet is to follow the below steps. Please let us know if this works.
1- First of all check if your right button is set for Mute/Unmute or its set for Lock/Unlock screen. You can check this from Settings>General. There you will see which option is checked at the bottom of the page.
2- Here select Mute to use the side button of ipad to make sound Mute/Unmute.
3- After you do this, come out of settings and close all apps and Unmute the sound using the iPad side button
