  1. There are some parts of the app that I don't know what I am supposed to do. Are there instructions somewhere.

  2. Screen froze and is only white. I have lots of data on the app and don't want to reinstall it. Is there anything is can do?

    The app usually gets stuck at starting white screen if your ipad/iphone has its wireless or data service on but its not able to get the internet connection due to slow speed or connection is down. You can do either of the two steps to solve the issue.

    1) Make sure that the integer is working on ipad/iphone
    or
    2) Disable the wireless or network on ipad/iphone

    After this restart the app and it will start normally.

  3. When using the sling shot with the letters, it should say the name of the letter in addition to the letter sound.

    Or an option button to all low you to choose the voice to say the name of the letter, sound, or both.
    An a option for which letters and how long they can play.
    If it possible, I would let my preschoolers play the sling shot letter games for 20 min.

    We are working on games to more formally focus on phonics that will do exactly as you suggest. Here in the Sling King game, the focus is on gaining faster fluency with letter shape recognition. The letter sounds are added to provide early exposure to the sounds, but not to formally teach them. It does take a very long time for most children to associate the sounds to the letters so spending more time earlier on is important

  4. Reset button. I find that sometimes someone else used the app and I want to reset it

    Just a reset button to reset the achievements.

  5. Make it easier to switch users!

    It is frustrating to have to pick a student in order to have access to the main menu of reports. There should be a button on the main screen that lets you go directly to the progress screen for each child.

    Whenever our app starts it asks for kids to pick their own profiles. Also you can switch kids profile from the games homescreen. There is a “Switch Profile” button on the top right corner of the games homescreen which is outside parent’s dashboard.

  6. Big bad mistake

    In Curriculum in chapter Reading the word Comperhesion is the bad replace for Comprehension
