They don't work. At least respond to people who have posted this issue here. I wouldn't be so annoyed if it wasn't such a good app.4 votes
The latest release ver 1.7.0 of Agnitus is now available in the AppStore. The new release fixes the problem that you were experiencing with downloading new games and the InApp purchases.
My 3 yr old loves this game, but it keeps crashing15 votes
We have resolved all crashes in our latest update 1.7.1 which went live on 28th Jan 2013.
My husband and I each have iPads and our daughter has this program on both but she plays on mine much more as she's with me all the time so when she gets on his iPad she's redoing stuff she has already surpassed. It would be nice if there was some way she could play on both devices with the curriculum she is currently at instead of having to redo everything.18 votes
All our iPad version 1.7.0+ users can sync their child’s progress data across multiple devices (ipad, iphone and ipod).
You can recover your password from agnitus.com/recover and please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you face any issues.

It is frustrating to have to pick a student in order to have access to the main menu of reports. There should be a button on the main screen that lets you go directly to the progress screen for each child.1 vote
Whenever our app starts it asks for kids to pick their own profiles. Also you can switch kids profile from the games homescreen. There is a “Switch Profile” button on the top right corner of the games homescreen which is outside parent’s dashboard.
Can you make an easy interface for children to able to chose their own name to begin game? A welcome screen of sorts with their name & icon.45 votes
This feature is live now. As soon as our app starts the app will show multiple kids with their profile pictures so then can select their own accounts.
Please make sure your child accounts have their own pictures.

We do have Mac desktop app available on the Apple Mac store.
It's nice that the game self adjusts to the kid's development but I'm finding some of the games too easy for my son and some impossible for him to do. He gets particularly frustrated with the games targeting writing by following the star. I have to admit the game is extremely sensitive and I even have difficulty staying on the narrow white paths to progress to the next activity. It would be nice to flag this particular activity to not come up in rotation so he can focus on other ones without the frustration.11 votes
We are proud to introduce our newest feature “Teacher’s Controls.” Teacher’s Controls give both teachers and parents the ability to control what games and skills students work on whether they are using Agnitus in the classroom or at home.
It’s available as part of our subscription in version1. 8.0
OMG it is so difficult to figure out how to navigate your emails ie "free trial ava for existing users, update your app an opt in" ok how?1 vote
In our latest release, we have added more new features, books, etc and we wanted to extend an offer to past users who aren’t currently enrolled, an opportunity to let their kids play, learn and experience everything new we’ve added recently.
Once you update your app to the latest release, there are new plans you can find on the main home page (as low as $0.99/month.) With all of these options – you can simply select one option directly from your tablet which will start a free trial for you and your child.
Hope this helps! Please let us know if you have further questions. Thanks
My daughter discovered a way into YouTube by clicking the title which is a link to YouTube while still in Agnitus. It's an issue with all 3 video clips. I'd rather she continue learning and not spend her time watching Curious George.13 votes
This was a bug which is now fixed in our latest app available on app store.
Give the parents the option to turn videos off. My kids were learning by playing the games. Now I am paying $ for my kids to just watch TV
My boys liked playing this app and I removed all other game apps just so that my boys would only play these learning games. Then the whole thing changed and wants $ to keep them learning. So I enrolled. Now I can't get my boys to play the learning games cuz they are only interested in watching the agnitus cartoon clips over and over. Why am I paying for this?15 votes
One can easily turn off all animation videos from settings.
- Go to Settings from Parents’s Dashboard
- Under “Animation Videos” section you will see “Show Animation Videos” option.
- Please slide it to “No” and videos will be hidden from the main menu
Stop charging for the exact content that used to be free. $14.99/month is outrageous. I've never seen such a high sub fee. I'm so disappointed in this company. What used to be available to everyone for their kids to play educational games is now only available to people willing and able to spend a ridiculously high fee each year. Reasonable would be preferably back to free since that's what it always had been, but if you have to charge, $2 a month or $20 per year. As it stands now, I absolutely won't pay $14.99 a month for this.15 votes
We understand your concerns about pricing and that’s why our new tuition fee is now $6.99. It is a necessary step we have taken in order for us to continue building high quality educational apps for your kids growth.

Sorry for the inconvenience. We have fixed the reported issue in our latest update 1.9 which is was released on Aug 13th. Please update and do let us know if you face any other issues.
I realized at the beginning that this app was too good for everything to be available for free indefinitely, but the pricing needs to be reasonable and affordable. Please change this!4 votes

With a monthly subscription, the child has access to the full Agnitus program, advancing through the curriculum at their own pace and skill level.
Please let us know what you would consider a fair monthly price? We would appreciate your feedback.
